I am currently studying computational mathematics @ the University of Waterloo. I am interested in:

• backend systems and distributed architecture
• reactive and concurrent programming
• APIs and service communication (gRPC, REST)
• combinatorics and optimization

I was a previous intern @ CIBC Capital Markets working on the Investor's Edge trading application (twice — User Management, then core trading back-end). I then interned @ Sony PlayStation working on reactive payments infrastructure for the PlayStation Network. Most recently I interned @ Apple on the METS Architecture team, building a USDZ REST API to streamline 3D design reviews for hardware Product Design teams.
